Luthern Church of Arcata contracted with Jimenez Studios, to design, construct, and install a set of ten stained-glass windows. Mr. Jimenez drew up designs, created a full- scale color replica of the windows, and made a detailed, formal presentation to our Church Council. Following that meeting, we contracted with Jimenez Glass Studios.
Mr. Jimenez conducted himself professionally. He always detailed his analysis, description, design, and explanations. He fielded all questions with equanimity and responded to them without any equivocation whatsoever. His planning and organizational skills were evident throughout our experience with him. He proved himself adept at anticipating questions and a concern of persons involved and was especially mindful of the original architectural vision of the whole building as he set about designing this set of windows.
We appreciated that our final bill was exactly the same as the original estimate. It is critical to work with someone who has a reasonable sense of cost, is able to estimate the cost of a job accurately, and completes the design and installation on budget.
Our experience with Mr. Jimenez throughout the entire course of our interaction with him including follow up to make sure of our satisfaction (as well as his own satisfaction with how the windows were holding up over time) has been exemplary.
